Once the survey chat is live, you can already access your project and monitor the responses on the inca dashboard. The first feature of the dashboard is the MANAGEMENT STATS where you can check the real-time progress of collecting responses and other control settings.
General Control Settings
Live status - The study is currently on-going and collecting participants' data
Share Study - By enabling sharing, you will generate a new url that you may share with others to access the management stats page. This will not share the other pages of the dashboard and access can be restricted by disabling sharing at any time. To learn more about how to share the survey link with your 3rd party panel provider, please see the article here.
Pause Study - This will pause your study making your survey link temporarily inaccessible to participants. This can cause participants to bounce from your study.
Close Study - This will permanently close your study making your link no longer accessible.

What are the different statistics?
COMPLETES - The completed count is all participants who have gone through the whole survey and completed it. It will also show the completion rate (%) of those who started the survey and completed it.
ATTEMPTS - The total number of attempts in a study divided by
- Quota Full - The number of quota completes if you have set a quota in your Audience page for a criteria/group
- Completes - The number of participants who completed the survey
- Dropout - The number of participants who start the survey but do not complete the survey
- Disqualification - The number of participants who start the survey but are disqualified due to gibberish responses, taking a long time to answer, and other validation error
- Termination - The number of terminated respondents if you have set a termination logic in your Audience page to terminate the survey for a criteria/group
SURVEY DURATION - Average duration/time that participants spend on the study. Overall, this is computed based on the Median duration among completes. (For example, 5 participants completed the survey -- 10 mins, 10 mins, 15 mins, 15 mins, and 15 mins respectively. Based on the median computation, the overall survey duration or LOI for the survey is 15 mins).
Note: The survey duration reflected for each participant shows the overall time spent completing the survey. For example, a participant opened the survey and answered for 5 minutes then left the survey while keeping the tab open for 60 minutes. The participant came back to the survey and completed after 3 minutes. The survey duration adds up the idle time, thus the survey duration for that participant will be 68 minutes. To address this case, a Median computation is used in the platform to remove the typical outliers from the overall survey duration or LOI.
RATE OF INCIDENCE - Rate of occurrence or the percentage of participants eligible to participate in a study
QUOTA STATISTICS - Breakdown of completes based on quotas set for the study
In this example the BLUE numbers indicate that completes has not reached the exact quota yet; the GREEN numbers indicate that completes has reached the quota for that group.
COMPLETES STATISTICS - The daily progress report on how many participants completed the survey
TERMINATION REPORT - A summary report of all the terminations, indicating where the participants get terminated either because they are not qualified or the quota group they fall in is already full. You can also sort by Options (Ascending and Descending order) or by Percent (Ascending and Descending order) to view the termination rate per question screener.
For example, the highest rate of termination is for AGE (12 people are not qualified) and also the highest rate of termination because of quota is already full (201 people).
ENGAGEMENT REPORT - A summary report of study's engagement level, indicating where the participants drop off by themselves or get disqualified due to low engagement. You can also sort by Options (Ascending and Descending order) or by Percent (Ascending and Descending order) to view the question where participants drop off.
For example, the high rate of dropout is mostly coming from questions B1 Values and B2 Reasons for values which indicate that some participants are dropping out on first two questions right after the screener questions.
COMPLETED BY LANGUAGE - Breakdown of completes based on language (if using different languages)
COMPLETED BY SOURCE - Breakdown of completes based on source of participants (if using different panel source)
COMPLETED BY DEVICE TYPE - Breakdown of completes based on the device used by participants
