For inca Conversational AI Insight Platform users:
- AI Coding will now need to be triggered manually by users on the dashboard, once the project has closed. Users will then need to wait several minutes for the results to appear. This workflow change ensures that users can make the most of their AI Coding credits, and have full control over when they are used.
- AI Coding credits are consumed when a user initializes AI Coding for any open-ended question after the project completion, and are also tallied on the management stats page. We do NOT yet have an interface to see credit usage across projects. It is only available on individual project dashboards for now.
- For every unused project credit available, clients’ AI Coding credits will be increased by 600,000 characters, to reflect the number of AI Coding credits allocated to the project. The credits are pooled across the remaining projects (AND AI Coding Credits from any inca AI Coding License, if applicable).
For inca AI Coding ONLY users:
- The only change applicable to users is you will see 100x of your previously available credits to reflect the usage of number of characters instead of number of verbatims.
