Anyone who has access to inca with Admin or Account Manager role can invite new users to view the dashboard or to create survey.
They can do this by going to Home page of the portal and click Invite New Team Members
You can invite them as User or Guest:
Inviting User: Used for internal roles such as Admin, Account Manager, and Project Manager. These users have broader access and management capabilities.
Inviting Guest: Used for limited access. These users have restricted permissions and are often external to the organization.
Inviting a Guest is suitable for external collaborators who need to view or contribute to specific projects without full management capabilities.

Other notes:
- If a new user is mistakenly invited as a guest user but the intention was to invite them as an internal user, then please contact the support team to switch them over.
- Cannot delete an invited user that has not accepted the invitation yet.
