Before your survey is launched, you might be wondering if you have crossed all T’s and dotted all I’s. Use the below checklist to guide you through your pre-launch review process. We provide a FREE review for your FIRST study with inca. You will need to communicate with your account manager 3 business days in advanced of your survey launch date to schedule a review.
Overview Tab
Have you created a project name and project URL to better identify your study?
- Project name will not be seen by the participants and only for internal use to easily identify your project in the inca platform.
- Project URL will be the live link used by participants to access a chat (survey) you've created. A default URL is already generated but for easier sharing and identifying the study, a unique phrase or a code name is recommended.
Please see more details here.
Have you added all the relevant languages and translations?
- If the survey contains multiple languages, check to make sure everything is translated in all languages (including question text, option text, button text, etc.). Please see more details about how to add languages and translations here.
- If you use trained model for SmartProbe in Open Ended questions, please be sure that the trained model are added for each of the languages.
Have you removed any devices that are not suitable for your study?
- Please check every questions in your survey to see if they are applicable for all the devices. E.g. If you want to test a concept with super long text, which would require a large space showing the whole stimulus, then we probably want to disable mobile for better user experience.
- Try answering the survey on different devices for different user experience
Have you specified the Disqualification level for quality control?
- If you are interviewing your customers or pre-recruited participants and you do NOT want to disqualify them in any circumstances, then please choose DISABLE under the disqualification control. Please see more details about Disqualification Control here.
