The Departing Message Question is one of the two default questions added in the Question Builder and serves as the goodbye/ending statement once the participant completes, or is disqualified from the survey chat.
There are four types of Departing Messages:
Survey Completion - This message is seen by the participants when they complete the survey. There's already a built-in message in the Question Builder but you may customize this as you design your survey.
Survey Termination - The message seen by the participants who are terminated or disqualified from the survey because of targeting options/termination logic set in the survey. To know more about how to disqualify or screen out participants from the survey, you may refer to the article here.
Survey Quota Full - The message seen by the participants who can't complete the survey because the quota set in the participant's group is already at the limit. To know more about how to set up quota in the survey, you may refer to the article here.
Survey Security Disqualification - The message seen by the participants who can't complete the survey because of the disqualification criteria. There's a set of disqualification criteria built into inca's system and based on participants' answers, these criteria must be met to maintain quality data.
Note that the built-in messages for the Survey Termination, Quota Full and Security Disqualification are all the same, but you may customize these messages that will fit your survey design.
