There are circumstances where inca is used as an activity within another platform's survey i.e. survey starts on Platform A, redirects to inca, and then inca redirects back to Platform A. E.g. A user runs a tracking study with platform A, they would want to ask those tracking question using the same setup from platform A. In the meanwhile, they also want to add a few more inca's specialty questions in the middle to deep dive some details. In this case, they can use inca as an activity within the tracking survey they run on platform A. This can be accomplished based on the following aspects -
- Redirect FROM another survey to inca - It does not require any special setup on inca, user need to contact the platform that they run surveys with and provide them with inca's survey link
- Redirect TO another survey from inca - it can be handled by the following steps.
- Go to audience page, and select SELF PROVIDED under Audience Sourcing
- Under Self-provided Setting, Enable Forced Redirects and paste the survey link from platform A in Redirects on complete/termination/quota full.
However there are also circumstances where another survey platform is used as an activity within inca, i.e. survey starts on inca, redirects to Platform A, and then Platform A redirects back to inca. E.g. A user want to run a study on inca and want to insert a conjoint exercise within the inca survey, where the conjoint exercise is hosted by another platform. This is not currently officially supported on the platform. If you have such a need, please contact your account manager at Nexxt team for custom or special support.
